Many thanks once again for your hospitality while we were at the dealership picking up our new coach. We arrived back in North Bend, WA today about 5:00 PM, beautiful drive home, the weather even cooperated, no rain, got the coach home with only a little dust, we will be coming back down in June to get a few things done that couldn’t be accomplished this week.

We love our new home, thanks for working with us to acquire it, especially with Bob Tiffin in the video done by Kevin, what two great men.

We would like to thank everyone for a great experience. We were very nervous about making such a big purchase without meeting anyone or even seeing the RV. This was one of the best customer service experiences we have had, from Terrell picking us up at the airport, the greetings we received from everyone once we arrived at the dealership, staff staying past closing to make sure we were taken care of. A special thanks to Frank for all the work and help from so far away, we are sorry we didn't get a chance to meet you in person. Our journey last 11 days. Hi Frank, I wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how much I love my T @ B trailer already! Pulling it with my jeep was no problem at all- most of the time I couldn't even tell it was back there. My dad even thought the jeep rode nicer with the trailer, not nearly as much bouncing as it usually does. I'm looking forward to outfitting it and getting it on the road! I think my first trip will be this weekend, to Seattle. After that, I'm looking at Bend, OR later this month and then who knows?:) I had such a great buying experience with you, Polly, Terrell, and everyone else that I spoke with. Thank you so much. Hello everyone there at BYoung RV. I just wanted to take a few moments to write and tell you how happy we are with our RV. But most of all to tell you how thrilled we were with the service there at BYoung RV. Mike, our sales person did an amazing job of making us feel welcome and put no pressure on us which made us feel very comfortable. Then right to the sales office with their professional help , it made for easy paperwork. There is one young man that we can not leave out and that is Ben. We can not say enough about him. He spent 3 1/2 hours with us showing us how to us a rv and then that week-end we took it out and of course we came into questions. I would like to thank both Chris and Carli, in your parts and service departments, for their excellent service. They both worked hard to clear up a few issues and confusion that arose after some recent service work. The primary issue arose after our trailer had a new jack installed. The new jack lacked the proper wheel, and one was ordered. After discovering that the wrong wheel was sent we brought the trailer in to the dealership to insure that we could get one that fit properly. Carli's innovative and proactive solution insured that we left the dealership with all of the proper equipment. For me, good service can usually be expected when everything goes right, but it is when things go wrong that someone who provides great service truly shines. Carli saw to it that we received great service and that we were able to enjoy our camping trip.

Phaeton 40 Marilyn and I are so pleased with our new 40' Tiffin Phaeton motor-home. I know I must have been a pest having your staff answer all my questions about motor-homes. I went to the dealership just about everyday with a list of questions, and I was always greeted with a smile and a hand shake (of course, coffee and home made cookies). Your staff is the best. Mark and Kevin had all the answers and if they didn't, they made sure I received them in a timely manner. Their knowledge of the product was outstanding and the went out of their way to assist Marilyn and I in making, what we think is, the right choice in a Motorhome. Polly was terrific and really helped out with the insurance coverage. The DMV paperwork, insurance and finance issues were delt with in a professional manner and she was always accommodating when we met with her. Now, our choice of motor-home could not have been any better. After meeting with Mr. Tiffin at the Tiffin Rally B.Young Rally, I know for certain that we made the right decision. Along with his personal word about the quality of the product and your outstanding service department I can rest assured that any issues will be taken care of. I would like to share my experience of purchasing my RV at B.Young Rv. I lost my dear husband about a year ago and had to decide what to do with my future. We owned a large 5th wheel and a truck for pulling it. I did not want to give up going out in an RV because this was our dream for retirement. My decision was to find something I felt more comfortable handing by myself. After looking around I went to B.Young RV where I worked with Carrie Turk. She made my experience low stress and pleasant. I was impressed buy the friendly and caring staff. Over the years we have purchased 5 RV's I have never had a better buying experience at a RV dealership. They also provide a very good service department that is fair and accommodating. After purchasing my 27' class C Freelander and retiring I joined a RV organization and have enjoyed several outings with my new group of friends. Last January we purchased a 2010 Tiffin Phaeton 40QTH at the Pleasanton, CA RV show. We have had quite a few problems with our Tiffin and, as we live in Ridgefield, WA, most of the work was done by your service department. We have had RV’s for a number of years: a tent trailer, a trailer, a class C, a Newmar Mountain Aire Class A, two 5th wheels, and finally a Tiffin Phaeton. Over the years our more than considerable RV service experience has been anywhere from adequate to very poor, that is UNTIL we started working with Ray and your service department. Ray Kanally is everything we could ask for from a service writer. He is very knowledgeable, his communication skills are excellent, and, in the rare occurrences where he hasn’t had an immediate answer to a question or problem, he does the research and responds promptly. He goes way beyond the call of duty to make us feel like we are the most important customer he has. I’m the president of one of the Oregon Good Sam chapters and for the last 6 months I’ve sung the praise of the BYoung RV service department at our chapter meetings and the Oregon Good Sam Rally. That praise is directly attributable to Ray and also to the service technicians who have worked on our Tiffin Phaeton. Dear Bruce, We are writing to express our appreciation to your staff, particularly Kevin, Ray, Mark and yourself who have made our Allegro purchase so enjoyable. I know we had some earlier service complaints but these were resolved satisfactorily. Since then, we have talked with Ray a couple of times and he was very helpful with some technical issues. Kevin has gone out of his way to help us, including sending some vacuum filters and information about Thousand Trails. We love our RV and wish we were retired so that we could enjoy it even more. Hi Carrie: We took our new trailer on its’ maiden voyage to Crooked River Ranch. Left last Thursday and came back yesterday. We had a great time and love the new trailer! We took my 2 nieces and my sister-in-law, had some friends who live over there stop by, and had more room than we needed. The kids love their “own room” and watched TV and played video games back there at night which gave Carolyn and the rest of us a nice break – something that wasn’t possible in our last trailer. Everything worked as designed including the outdoor kitchen where I cooked breakfast every morning and BBQ’d dinner every night. The quality of this unit is as advertised and it exceeded my expectations. Setting it up is so much easier which makes me a happy guy. It tows better than our previous trailer and I actually relaxed after a few miles! Because of its’ size it doesn’t get pushed around much which makes going by semi’s a little more comfortable. We just wanted you to know that we appreciate your nudging us in the direction of this type and size of trailer. It is absolutely the best fit for our family and friends. I’m glad we had you helping us when we came in on that first day. I think we would have regretted the direction we were going in (a little smaller unit) and I also think we skipped an unnecessary “stepping stone” trailer in the process. Thanks for your advice and especially for considering our family/extended family situation. The thing is perfect and will continue to serve its’ purpose as the kids grow and bring their cousins and friends for years. On a final note, it was fun to hear what our friends had to say about it. They own an older fifth wheel and were impressed with everything about the Laredo. Pretty neat stuff. Yes, they will be coming to see you! Thanks again Carrie for all your help. We really do appreciate it.

Phaeton Mr. Tiffin, I would like to complement and praise B Young RV’s service department for their professionalism and prompt attention. My wife and I live in North Carolina and own a 2010 Phaeton. We were traveling in Oregon when we developed a roof water leak and an entry door step problem. We called Tiffin for the nearest Tiffin service center and was giving B Young RV’s name and phone number in the Portland area. We contacted B Young RV and because of their Fast Track program they scheduled us in the next day to troubleshoot our problems. Trent Broide and Dan Kannally treated us as family, were knowledgeable about the Tiffin products and showed genuine concern for our situation. They immediately assigned the appropriate people on the problems and resolved our issues in minimal time. Their customer service was spot on! All Tiffin dealers would do well to use B Young RV as a model for customer service. Before we purchased our Tiffin we had heard that Tiffin made a top line product and provided excellent service. After our experience with our Phaeton and B Young RV we will be singing that same song to everyone we meet!
